I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were large with an enormous double bed and new windows that ensured quiet nights, but I was told some amenities were unavailable. The service was great overall, but the absurdly strict closing times of the rooftop restaurant were a bit of an inconvenience. The location was good and easy to access, right in front of Plaza Bolivar, but the connection to the restaurant felt a bit weird. The dining was very good with a variety of options, and the facilities were satisfactory.
